Tasha worked for me for 8 years and she had lots of responsibilities such as maintaining Sage with all the financial transactions and dealing with all incoming invoices and raising sales invoices. She was very good at credit control and enjoyed talking to customers on a daily basis forming a good relationship with them. She carried out IT training on new systems which she implemented that improved the way we worked. She produced SOP’s on her role as well as her staffs she managed. She was responsible for hiring staff, carrying out interviews and arranging inductions. She maintained all holiday and sickness for all staff and dealt with all HR issues She overlooked our fleet of vehicles including MOT’s, insurance, accidents, fuel cards and general maintenance. She arranged all travel arrangements including hotels. Happy to raise estimates for customers and making sure they had all that they needed. She maintained our customer database making sure it was up to date. She was involved in marketing on a regular basis. She supported me as the MD with diary management, personal activities and travel arrangements. She always made the office run smoothly to maintain a healthy easy going environment and was always efficient. She also arranged all our social activities that were a lot of fun. Tasha is always a very proactive, positive person that always makes it happen!

Tasha worked with us at Green Light Electrical for 3 years. She hit the ground running straight from the start taking on as much responsibilty as we would give her. She can be very polite and professional, and we have had some great feedback from our clients. She can also be firm and direct if needed when chasing suppliers for invoice and aged debtors. Tasha has worked for me since the end of April. She convinced me to go onto Xero to make my life easier which it has. She transferred all my invoices and purchases since January on there and reconciled the lot quickly and efficiently. She is very helpful and good at talking to customers. She literally does all the things I haven't' or don't have the time to do. She looks after my finances and gets all the jobs booked in. She created our google drive so we have a calendar that we can all see and our jobs database is also on there. She is always on hand to carry out any task I need her to do and she has saved me so much time I am loving life again!  I would highly recommend people to get her on board as I honestly could not live without her now
